DELIVERY

UK Mainland customers receive FREE delivery on orders over £35. Orders under £35 will incur a £10.00 delivery charge.

We do not ship any products outside of the UK or to BFPO addresses.

We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days.

We use Royal Mail 24 signed for service for the majority of our deliveries.

You will receive a notification when your order has been completed.

Please ensure you supply us with a mobile number, and correct email address, in case we need to contact you with tracking details.

All delivery times stated are estimated, and we make every effort to deliver goods within the stated timescale.  However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances.

Havok Supplements shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver goods within the estimated timescale.

When receiving goods you must count the items and check for damage, and then sign and print your name to confirm you have received the whole order in good condition.

Any shortages or damages must be reported to Havok Supplements within 48 hours of delivery.
